The concept of 'memory' could present food for many discussions. The Mythbusters experiment proved naught - independent from my opposition of 'popular science'.

Not actually true. Also, is this short-term memory or long-term memory? On an episode of the show Mythbusters, Jamie was actually able to teach a regular goldfish tricks (which required much more than 3 seconds worth of memory), proving this isn't actually a fact but an urban legend.
